Portland, Oregon is a terrifically interesting city filled with educated people who are involved in socially progressive pursuits. So it’s no surprise, really, that this city is filled with institutions of higher education that allow residents to pursue creative fields. The sheer number of colleges here that provide an education in the arts, alternative medicine and other creative careers is astounding.
